Tourist House - Firenze

Our staying at hotel was great! The best location - near the bus- and train stations; spacious room and bathroom with shower, hairdryer and even bidet. We had many areas to place our things. We had keys from our room and from central entry, so we could go and return anytime. Last day we left our luggage in a special room after check-out. We stayed at room 5, it had 1 window in a nice quiet yard with a great magnolia tree and fontain. All the time it was very cosy and quiet.

The location is good. 2 minute walk from the Firenze snm train station. And it is good to have private bathroom in the room.

The towels are just like bed sheets or paper.>.<

Good location, friendly staff, large room.

The hotel took advance of money from the card prior to arrival. After check out we paid full price. Now we are waiting when prepayment will be returned.

Great location (close to train station and city centre), friendly and helpful desk staff and the room we stayed in was very large and spacious for the price.

The lighting in the room wasn't fantastic - tough to see after the sun went down.

The Hotel is located near the Main shopping area in Florence and close by two main attractions. Reception service is not available after 7 pm, in-case you are checking-in after 7 pm, you need to tell the hotel in advance. So that they will give you an access code with which you can enter the hotel and do the check-in next day morning.

It's a very old building. There are no hotel staff available after 7 pm. Bathroom/Toilet is very small. The flush in the toilet was making some noise. Break fast is very limited.

Great location good price an d helpful staff

It was very clean and the position is super. The good thing is they give you the keys to enter any time, so you really feel like home.

The bathroom was smelly.. Too much. And as we arrived later than the reception closure hour, we could not ask for a substitution. But it was very clean, though (towels very clean too!)

Very kind and flexible staff. Air conditioned rooms. A place to leave the luggages at the last day. The Hotel is in the center of Florence, 5-10 minutes walk from everywhere.

Cons: stairs and no elevator as well as smelly bathroom

The hotel is very close to attactions, also it is very quite.
